A Happy St. Patrick's Day Meeting

Our President JoAnn O'Hagen opened our February meeting at the Rutland Library and after the business portion of our event, three members of our club gave inspired demonstrations of flower arranging. Val Cleary, Michele Dauphinaise, and Becky Rizzy showed us how to take the different floral elements and combine them with magical results.
