Our Rutland Garden Club presented a Small-Standard Flower Show on September 14, 2024, at the Castleton University Bank Gallery. The show was titled FloralOpoly based on the game Monopoly. All the Division, Section and Class names related to spaces named in the original game board. FloralOpoly featured Design, Horticulture, Educational and Botanical Arts Divisions that all had Classes that were judged by National Garden Club Accredited Judges. The show also featured a section of Photography that was voted on by the visiting public.
Here are a few of the winning designs and horticulture specimens:

On Friday night there was a preview party for members - refreshments and a chance to see the fabulous entries. After the judging on Friday, the show was open to the public all day Saturday and was very well attended! All this was possible thanks to Chairperson Kathy Perkins and her stellar committee! And to all the Rutland Garden Club members that submitted these fabulous creations.
