We tasted the wine and it was good!

Our second meeting this autumn was held in a member's home in Shrewsbury and it was a perfect early fall day. It actually felt like summer. Unlike our usual luncheon meeting this was scheduled for 4 PM and our speaker was Sandy Bragg, Pierce's Store wine sommelier. After a short business meeting, he gave a presentation on 4 wines that are perfect for the holidays, two white and two red. Samples of each were passed out to all.

Our food committee members prepared a beautiful and tasty buffet of salty and sweet appetizers. What a treat!
